The Abba vineyard lies in the Mokelumne River appellation of Lodi. The vineyard has been farmed by generations of the Abba family. We started making a Grenache from here in 2016 and added a whole cluster pressed Rosé in 2017. SIP certified (Sustainability In Practice)
The Steiner vineyard lies at the southern end of Bennett Valley on Sonoma Mountain.
On the Pacific Side of the Santa Cruz Mountains, the R Bar R Ranch vineyard sits high above the towns of Watsonville and Santa Cruz at an elevation of around 1500 ft, We love this site but it is really on the edge for growing grapes as it is a very cool and wet site, totally exposed to the weather coming off the Pacific Ocean. As a result we are not always able to get fruit from the vineyard, but when we do the acidity is electric.
Located in the cool climate of Pleasant Valley Road in Corralitos, less than 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The vineyard has been managed by viticulturist Prudy Foxx since she planted it for the Lester Family. This vineyard shows the true terroir of the area.
Located in the Gabilan Mountains, the Boer Vineyard is characterized by it’s distinctive limestone and decomposed granite soil. This unique soil combines with an arid climate to stress the vines, concentrating the flavor and mineral character of wines from this appellation.
Located in the town of Boonville, in the cool climate of Anderson Valley, this vineyard showcases the lighter bodied, prettier and more feminine side of pinot noir.
In the heart of the Russian River Valley appellation lies Saralee’s vineyard. Impeccably farmed by the late Saralee Kunde and highly regarded for decades as a source of fine grapes. Sadly we were only able to produce one vintage of this wine as the vineyard was sold just after the harvest of 2012.
